data-end=\"1383\">Customer<\/strong>: the person or entity making a purchase on the Site.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1592\"><strong data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1448\">Consumer<\/strong>: the natural person who purchases for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activity carried out.<\/p>\n<p commercial, craft, or professional activity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1850\"><strong data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1765\">Products<\/strong>: MiNi\u00ae cooler bags and any other items offered for sale on the Site.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"1945\"><strong data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"1862\">Order<\/strong>: the purchase proposal sent by the Customer through the Site&#8217;s online procedure.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"1950\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1ft9ao8\" data-start=\"1952\" data-end=\"1985\">Art. 2 \u2014 Subject of the contract<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2220\">These Conditions govern the online sale of products available on the Site, specifically MiNi\u00ae cooler bags, offered in the variations, patterns, sizes, and features indicated in the relative product sheets.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2222\" data-end=\"2400\">Each product is described on its respective page through images, descriptive texts, technical features, any available variations, price, and purchase methods.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2402\" data-end=\"2498\">The Customer is invited to read the product sheet carefully before proceeding with the purchase.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2500\" data-end=\"2503\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1wp7yy\" data-start=\"2505\" data-end=\"2554\">Art. 3 \u2014 MiNi\u00ae Products and available variations<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2556\" data-end=\"2649\">MiNi\u00ae cooler bags are available in various patterns and, where applicable, in two sizes:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2651\" data-end=\"2674\">\n<li data-section-id=\"sn43yv\" data-start=\"2651\" data-end=\"2662\"><strong data-start=\"2653\" data-end=\"2662\">Small<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1tug8j9\" data-start=\"2663\" data-end=\"2674\"><strong data-start=\"2665\" data-end=\"2674\">Large<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2676\" data-end=\"2791\">Technical features, dimensions, capacity, and materials are indicated in the relative product sheets.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2793\" data-end=\"3076\">Product images are for illustrative purposes. The Seller undertakes to represent the products as accurately as possible, but slight color differences may depend on screen settings, photographic lighting, or the device used by the Customer. <\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3078\" data-end=\"3081\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"nafaa4\" data-start=\"3083\" data-end=\"3117\">Art. 4 \u2014 Scope of application<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3119\" data-end=\"3203\">These Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Site.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3205\" data-end=\"3327\">By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3329\" data-end=\"3575\">The Seller reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the Site and will apply exclusively to orders placed after that date. <\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3577\" data-end=\"3580\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"syhk26\" data-start=\"3582\" data-end=\"3615\">Art. 5 \u2014 Purchase procedure<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3617\" data-end=\"3720\">The Customer can purchase the products available on the Site by following the WooCommerce guided procedure.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3722\" data-end=\"3780\">Before sending the order, the Customer can verify:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3782\" data-end=\"4074\">\n<li data-section-id=\"7dpc2s\" data-start=\"3782\" data-end=\"3807\">the selected products;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"16ujl1q\" data-start=\"3808\" data-end=\"3864\">the chosen variations, such as size, pattern, or quantity;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"jxn7i1\" data-start=\"3865\" data-end=\"3890\">the price of the products;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"12l4yql\" data-start=\"3891\" data-end=\"3923\">any shipping costs;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"wruv7j\" data-start=\"3924\" data-end=\"3956\">any applicable taxes;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1mw6ycy\" data-start=\"3957\" data-end=\"3981\">the order total;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"lgs9o9\" data-start=\"3982\" data-end=\"4007\">billing information;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"147lih5\" data-start=\"4008\" data-end=\"4036\">the shipping address;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1wrvcbv\" data-start=\"4037\" data-end=\"4074\">the selected payment method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4076\" data-end=\"4248\">The sales contract is considered concluded when the Seller receives the Customer&#8217;s order and sends an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided during the purchase phase.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4250\" data-end=\"4421\">The order confirmation summarizes the products purchased, the price, shipping costs, payment method, delivery address, and the main details of the purchase.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4423\" data-end=\"4426\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1hg0f85\" data-start=\"4428\" data-end=\"4466\">Art. 6 \u2014 Product availability<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4468\" data-end=\"4518\">Product availability is indicated on the Site.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4520\" data-end=\"4751\">The Seller undertakes to update availability, but cannot exclude that, for technical or organizational reasons, a product indicated as available may be temporarily unavailable after the order is sent.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4753\" data-end=\"4856\">In such cases, the Seller will promptly inform the Customer and propose one of the following solutions:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4858\" data-end=\"5010\">\n<li data-section-id=\"n1rvn3\" data-start=\"4858\" data-end=\"4886\">waiting for restock;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1nkhe2k\" data-start=\"4887\" data-end=\"4933\">replacement with another available product;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1c41ek6\" data-start=\"4934\" data-end=\"5010\">cancellation of the order and refund of any amount already paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"5012\" data-end=\"5015\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1vd25tt\" data-start=\"5017\" data-end=\"5035\">Art. 7 \u2014 Prices<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"5037\" data-end=\"5087\">All product prices are expressed in euros.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5089\" data-end=\"5182\">Unless otherwise indicated, the prices displayed on the Site are intended to be <strong data-start=\"5166\" data-end=\"5181\">VAT included<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5184\" data-end=\"5330\">Shipping costs, where applicable, are indicated separately during the purchase procedure and summarized before order confirmation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5332\" data-end=\"5469\">The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. Changes do not apply to orders already confirmed. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5471\" data-end=\"5633\">In case of an obvious error in the price published on the Site, the Seller may cancel the order, informing the Customer and refunding any sums already paid.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"5635\" data-end=\"5638\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"h3udkh\" data-start=\"5640\" data-end=\"5673\">Art. 8 \u2014 Payment methods<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"5675\" data-end=\"5758\">The Customer can make payment through the methods available at checkout.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5760\" data-end=\"5839\">Payment methods to be configured based on the actual site setup:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"5841\" data-end=\"5994\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1fu7ibr\" data-start=\"5841\" data-end=\"5869\">credit \/ debit card;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"xn0xt2\" data-start=\"5870\" data-end=\"5879\">PayPal;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"mzvl0h\" data-start=\"5880\" data-end=\"5900\">bank transfer;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"q5vb7h\" data-start=\"5901\" data-end=\"5926\">Apple Pay \/ Google Pay;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1nxmz8u\" data-start=\"5927\" data-end=\"5994\">other electronic payment systems that may be available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"5996\" data-end=\"6102\">Payment must be made at the time of the order, unless another method is expressly indicated.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6104\" data-end=\"6323\">In case of payment through tools managed by third parties, payment data is processed directly by the respective service providers. The Seller does not store full payment card data. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6325\" data-end=\"6408\">The order will be processed only after confirmation of payment, unless otherwise indicated.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"6410\" data-end=\"6413\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"l54h93\" data-start=\"6415\" data-end=\"6439\">Art. 9 \u2014 Billing<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"6441\" data-end=\"6559\">Customers who wish to receive an invoice must correctly indicate the necessary data during the purchase procedure.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6561\" data-end=\"6610\">For Business Customers, the following may be requested:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"6612\" data-end=\"6785\">\n<li data-section-id=\"fhnlck\" data-start=\"6612\" data-end=\"6630\">company name;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1kqhnce\" data-start=\"6631\" data-end=\"6652\">full address;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"4eq4qb\" data-start=\"6653\" data-end=\"6661\">VAT number;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1r0lnk1\" data-start=\"6662\" data-end=\"6694\">tax code, if necessary;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"gt8lzg\" data-start=\"6695\" data-end=\"6723\">recipient code or PEC;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1r9ky8\" data-start=\"6724\" data-end=\"6785\">any further data required by tax regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"6787\" data-end=\"6848\">The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"6850\" data-end=\"6853\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1xmoxp8\" data-start=\"6855\" data-end=\"6889\">Art. 10 \u2014 Shipping and delivery<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"6891\" data-end=\"6971\">Products are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer during the order phase.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6973\" data-end=\"7071\">Delivery methods, costs, and estimated times are indicated during the purchase procedure.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7073\" data-end=\"7317\">Delivery times are to be considered indicative and may vary for reasons not directly attributable to the Seller, such as courier delays, periods of high logistics intensity, holidays, force majeure, or incomplete addresses.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7319\" data-end=\"7405\">The Customer is required to verify the correctness of the shipping address entered.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7407\" data-end=\"7609\">In case of non-delivery due to the recipient&#8217;s absence, incorrect address, or failure to collect the package, any additional costs for storage, redelivery, or return may be charged to the Customer.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"7611\" data-end=\"7614\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"wrig75\" data-start=\"7616\" data-end=\"7651\">Art. 11 \u2014 Verification upon delivery<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"7653\" data-end=\"7715\">Upon delivery, the Customer is invited to verify:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"7717\" data-end=\"7894\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1rldjwb\" data-start=\"7717\" data-end=\"7773\">that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"szzy5z\" data-start=\"7774\" data-end=\"7843\">that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or altered;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"7jl5at\" data-start=\"7844\" data-end=\"7894\">that there are no obvious signs of tampering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"7896\" data-end=\"8093\">In case of visible damage to the packaging, the Customer is invited to accept the package with a specific reservation, indicating the reason for the reservation to the courier, and to contact the Seller promptly.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"8095\" data-end=\"8273\">Any discrepancies, damage, or problems related to the delivery must be communicated to the Seller as soon as possible, attaching photographs of the packaging and the product received.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"8275\" data-end=\"8278\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"mw4ion\" data-start=\"8280\" data-end=\"8330\">Art. 12 \u2014 Right of withdrawal for the Consumer<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"8332\" data-end=\"8469\">The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating the reason, within <strong data-start=\"8418\" data-end=\"8431\">14 days<\/strong> from the day they receive the product.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"8471\" data-end=\"8660\">In the case of multiple deliveries related to a single order, the period runs from the day the Consumer or a third party designated by them acquires physical possession of the last product.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"8662\" data-end=\"8845\">The right of withdrawal is recognized exclusively to the Consumer. It does not apply to purchases made by business or professional Customers, unless otherwise decided by the Seller. <\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"8847\" data-end=\"8850\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1vsvzvp\" data-start=\"8852\" data-end=\"8898\">Art. 13 \u2014 How to exercise the right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"8900\" data-end=\"9033\">To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must communicate their decision to the Seller within the 14-day period.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"9035\" data-end=\"9073\">Communication can take place via:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"9075\" data-end=\"9301\">\n<li data-section-id=\"15oyjka\" data-start=\"9075\" data-end=\"9138\">e-mail to: <strong data-start=\"9099\" data-end=\"9137\">cn@cncontinental.it<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"epxthb\" data-start=\"9139\" data-end=\"9180\">withdrawal form available on the Site;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1wkolmz\" data-start=\"9181\" data-end=\"9228\">digital withdrawal function;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"hdolxv\" data-start=\"9229\" data-end=\"9301\">other explicit statement of the intention to withdraw from the contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"9303\" data-end=\"9579\">From June 19, 2026, B2C e-commerce sites are required to provide a clear, visible, and accessible online withdrawal function for the entire useful period, with confirmation and data-end=\"10260\"\/>Italy<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"10268\" data-end=\"10459\">The product must be returned intact, clean, not used improperly and, where possible, in its original packaging, complete with any accessories, labels, and documentation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"10461\" data-end=\"10647\">The Consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"10649\" data-end=\"10782\">The costs of returning the product are borne by the Consumer, unless otherwise indicated by the Seller or specific promotions.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"10784\" data-end=\"10787\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"11kfa77\" data-start=\"10789\" data-end=\"10829\">Art. 15 \u2014 Refund in case of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"10831\" data-end=\"11020\">In case of validly exercised withdrawal, the Seller will refund the Consumer for all payments received for the returned product, including standard delivery costs, if incurred.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"11022\" data-end=\"11185\">Any supplementary costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard method offered by the Seller will not be refunded.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"11187\" data-end=\"11319\">The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the Consumer for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"11321\" data-end=\"11547\">The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or until the Consumer demonstrates standard MiNi\u00ae cooler bags, the right of withdrawal for the Consumer remains applicable, unless the product has been personalized or falls under specific legal exclusions.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"12275\" data-end=\"12278\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1gp26tz\" data-start=\"12280\" data-end=\"12323\">Art. 17 \u2014 Product exchange or replacement<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"12325\" data-end=\"12481\">The Seller may provide, at its discretion, the possibility of replacing a purchased product with another available size, pattern, or model.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"12483\" data-end=\"12588\">Replacement does not constitute an automatic right, except in cases of defective or non-conforming products.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"12590\" data-end=\"12737\">Any exchanges for reasons of taste, size, or personal preference may be managed according to the conditions communicated by Customer Service.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"12739\" data-end=\"12742\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1e688sa\" data-start=\"12744\" data-end=\"12786\">Art. 18 \u2014 Legal guarantee of conformity<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"12788\" data-end=\"12882\">For Consumers, the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Consumer Code applies.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"12884\" data-end=\"13080\">The Seller is responsible to the Consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery
